EOLO covers a wide portion of the northwestern Lombard area including Varese, VCO, Novara and Como provinces. NGI provides an interactive geographic map to check if your location is covered by the radio signal of (at least) one BTS (Base Transceiver Station). as a reseller of the EOLO connectivity, is able to offer a range of quick and professional advice services to help setting-up your new Internet connection, including router or PC configuration, wi-fi access-point set-up and any other task required to get the maximum performance from the Internet connectivity service.

NOTE:
*) After drawing up a new contract you should pay in advance for one annual fee and for the installation charges. Any other expenses will be settled up on delivery.

**) standard installation charges (2 working hours max.) includes:
1) antenna positioning on an exixting pole on roof or terrace (installator's discretion)
2) antenna orientation towards the better available BTS
3) lay-out the ethernet cable within 20 meters
4) connection to the power grid
5) radio signal quality sensing
6) radio plant final test
The standard installation doesn't include any activities on user's equipments.
